Intellectual Property

All content, visual assets, "liquid glass" layout designs, custom iconography, and written copy on this website are the intellectual property of Precious Pet Cremations LLC and its developers. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability & Digital Previews

The information and interactive previews provided on this website are for general informational, logistical, and illustrative guidance only. Digital previews may vary slightly from the final crafted piece. While we endeavor to keep all information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness or physical replication of the digital rendering.

Proof Review & Customization Deadlines

A proof template will be sent for your review prior to production. Clients must confirm and finalize all text, photos, and design selections within two (2) days after the template proof is sent. Additionally, clients have a strict window of up to two (2) days after initial pet pickup to request or make any changes to paw print or nose print selections. Because the cremation and engraving processes are permanent, no changes, reversals, or alterations can be made once these respective two-day windows close.

Right to Refuse Service

In accordance with California state law and the Unruh Civil Rights Act, Precious Pet Cremations LLC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate business relationships, or deny access to our digital and physical services to any individual exhibiting abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior, or whose actions pose a safety risk to our staff or operations. Service will never be denied based on protected personal characteristics.

Cremation Timelines & Unclaimed Remains Policy

Pet cremation and paw prints typically occur within the first week, followed by custom urn crafting during the second week. Clients must arrange for pickup or drop-off of their companion's remains within sixty (60) days of completion notice. Due to strict operational capacities and limited long-term storage facilities, any remains left uncollected past 60 days without prior written arrangement are considered abandoned and will be forfeited.
